How do ClearCorrect aligners work?

The first step is to book your free consultation. In this, we will be able to talk you through the treatment process and check that Clear Correct is the right solution for you. After your consultation, an impression of your teeth will be made and from this, your series of aligners designed and created. You will come in for regular check ups throughout the process. The process can take anywhere between six months to two years, depending on how much movement is required to reach your perfect smile.

Invisalign or ClearCorrect?

The two methods are very similar, with a series of clear aligners given to you to wear for most of the day until you complete the full set. The main difference between these is in the material. Invisalign is a thicker, more durable material so it is less likely to wear through or break, but is more visible. If you are looking for the most discreet option available, Clear Correct braces are the best option, as they are made from a thinner material.

  • Open bite

This will depend on how many aligners you require and how many revisions might be needed. There are different payment options and you can use our 0% finance option to help you spread the cost. The recommendation is that you wear your aligner for 22 hours a day. This essentially means just taking it out at mealtimes before cleaning your teeth and replacing the aligner. If there is a special occasion where which you do not want to wear the tray, mention this to the dentist who will be able to advise you.

After you have achieved your perfect smile, any attachments will be removed from your teeth and you will be given a retainer. We recommend wearing this every night, to hold your new teeth alignment in place.
